Admin attends the Powell Center on Headwater Regimes in Fort Collins, CO.
The Headwaters Research Working Group met at the United States Geological Survey Powell Center with the motivation of “understanding and protecting headwaters, measuring impacts and providing science to enable sound policy, and supporting research dedicated to downstream impacts”. We did some ideating, hiking, and definitely some science-ing!
